What an unforgettable stay! The staff treated my daughter like royalty for her birthday, even upgrading us to a penthouse suite. The pool was a hit, and the rooms were pristine and beautifully decorated. Every staff interaction was warm and inviting, making this a dream experience for our family.

I was impressed by the spacious and beautifully decorated lobby, which was warm and inviting. The wide hallways made it easy for me to navigate with my mobility aid, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout.

More seating in common areas would be nice.

The location is fairly central and right on the

main strip, making it easy to access nearby restaurants and the mall. The comfortable mattresses and pillows added to our restful stay, but we did find the noise from the street a bit disruptive at times.

The water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The room had significant road noise at night.

We had an incredible stay for my daughter's birthday sleepover! The staff went above and beyond to pamper the girls, even giving us a penthouse suite. The pool was a blast and super clean! My only nitpick is that there wasn't much in-room dining to choose from.

I really enjoyed my stay here. the clean room with comfy beds and the new TV made it feel cozy. The indoor swimming pool and the sunny loungers by the poolside offered great spots to relax after a busy day. One minor downside was that we had to ask for extra towels, but it was no biggie! 😊

The check-in process at Premier Collection was smooth. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcome right away. My room had a nice, cozy vibe. It featured a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which made it easy to have snacks and drinks on hand. The bed was super comfy, ensuring good rest after a long day. The bathroom had decent toiletries and was clean upon arrival, which I appreciated. However, the noise from the hallway was a bit disruptive, especially during the night. I could hear conversations from other guests quite clearly. Also, the coffee maker completely failed to brew a proper cup. It only made a small amount, and the taste was disappointing. The location is decent, with several restaurants within walking distance, but it would be great to have breakfast included in the stay, as the on-site cafe closes pretty early. Overall, I had a nice stay with a few hiccups, but the friendly staff and comfort of the room made it worthwhile.

the king room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well, which was great for summer. the location was super convenient, just a short walk to nearby restaurants. the front desk staff were so helpful and kind during my stay.

This hotel suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my way, a memory I cherish.

The family suite was amazing for our group. Loved the spacious area for the kids to play! ⛱️ However, the power outage was super concerning. it felt unsafe during that time.
